1.sWeight loss is not that easy!!! It takes time to get into shape. This depends on many factors which could include strength, endurance, weight loss, body fat loss, etc. Increasing your physical activity level is likely to make you feel better before you see noticeable results. The advertisements and marketing campaigns might promise miracle weight loss but in fact it does take lot of time.

If someone says that you can get into shape within six weeks just run away. Even natural exercises do take time. Some people take less time to put on muscles when compare to others but in fact everyone cannot be a Dwayne Johnson (The rock) overnight.

Your goals will decide your time in weight loss

It all depends on your own goals and ways you put up to get fit. A good begging will give a great results if you fail to put on good efforts you really need to work long to get into shape.

There are many numbers of outdoor games that can put you motivated- 5K or 10K running races, marathons, half marathons, or 100-mile bicycle rides. And for the people who like to try something different there any triathlons, Tough Mudders, Super Spartans, and other obstacle races.

If you are preparing for an event or race, please be over-prepared. Experts suggest preparing for more than 2months or at least 2months on a prerace training for 3-6 weeks will be a good choice.

Factors that affect fitness

If you are not comfortable in doing exercises with more intensity in being cautious of an injury, it will definitely leads to other results when compared to others who are already habituated to exercise and began to try high-intensity interval training program. Increase in 8% fitness is not a huge thing but when it comes to a longtime break you need to take it seriously.

Getting out of shape

It will be easy and flexible if exercise daily. But long term breaks due to injury or illness may show there affect. These may result in decrease in your cardio health. But based on the research studies it is proven that the muscle strength may last longer during a break. So getting out of shape will also take time but initially it will spoil your internal health. Don’t forget to exercise to be fit and healthy.
